This just-beyond-a-dusting of snow will likely be all gone by tomorrow, but in the meantime it makes for a pretty, silent night.

Thank you, Nan. You have a unique feel for the magical moments of the wondrous land in which you reside.
Fabulous photos Nan. Verena is also impressed and she has high standards. Actually she was wondering how you managed the light so well.
Buon Natale da qui.
Marvelous photos! Stay warm~
Oh dear that makes me so nostalgic……… Love the little snowflakes on the screen too. Hope to see you next year – and thanks.
Beautiful! You and Judy Witts have more snow than we have in KC. Yours is prettier! Merry Christmas
Thanks, everyone. 🙂
John, tell Verena I just mess around with the camera’s AE meter, bracketing sometimes.
Mariann, Judy has much more than we did…it must be a wonderland down there!
A very Merry Christmas to you all…
Gorgeous. Stunning.
Nan…your images are wonderful!!
Your calendar is on its way!!
Love to you dear….Merry Holidays!

Que de belles photos, j’étais à Venise toute la semaine sous un beau soleil, je suis juste partie avant la neige. A presto !

Magical!
These pictures were fabulous. I just went to Rome, Florence, Siena and Venice this past September. I am just setting up a presentation for my co-workers of my trip. Your snowy pictures of Venice would really add something special, as we jut got about 6 inches of snow on the ground.
